Aerodynamic Ice Tongue Louver Controllers Extruded aluminum pattern controllers deliver up to 180° of airflow direction control, allowing one-way, opposed, vertical, horizontal, or fully dampered configurations. Fully adjustable in the field so you can direct airflow exactly where you need it—and because the controllers are aluminum, not plastic, they resist corrosion and operate quietly over the life of the installation.

1 to 4-Slot Configurations Choose the slot count that suits your CFM requirements and aesthetic goals. Available with 1/2", 3/4", and 1" slot widths to match your specification and maintain a consistent look throughout the space. Single-slot units direct airflow in one direction; multi-slot models support broader coverage and higher air capacity.

Continuous Run Capability Available in any length. Units over 84" are joined using alignment pins for a seamless, uninterrupted appearance—ideal for long open-ceiling runs in commercial and high-end residential spaces. Maximum pattern controller length is 60"; units over 60" will be supplied with multiple controllers.

Supply or Return Design Remove the pattern controllers and the Linear Slot Diffuser transitions seamlessly into a return air grille—compatible with the same alignment pin system, maintaining an uninterrupted architectural finish from end to end. One product. One aesthetic. Zero visual compromise.

Field Cuttable Ordered to length from the factory and cuttable on-site using a fine tooth, high speed carbon blade. A maximum of 3" can be trimmed from each end—up to 6" total—giving installers the flexibility they need during fit-out. For adjustments over 2", slide the retaining clip against the support. Remove end caps before cutting and reattach once complete.

Multiple Mounting Options Three installation configurations to suit any project requirement: standard screw holes, concealed bracket (+10%), or lay-in with no mounting hardware. Every option delivers a clean finish appropriate for commercial and architectural applications.
