Standard (non-custom) vent covers can be returned for a refund provided you contact us within 45 days of shipment and the items are in sellable, uninstalled condition. Orders older than 90 days are not eligible for return. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which may be waived if you place a replacement order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Custom and made-to-order products are non-returnable, as they are manufactured specifically to your specifications.
